Terms of Service and Sale

1. Contractual Seller and Seller of Record

These Terms of Service and Sale (“Terms”) govern all gemstone sourcing services, commercial invoices, orders, and sales concluded through AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. (“AYDOV Gems”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the website https://aydovgems.com.

AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. acts as the exclusive contractual seller and seller of record for every customer transaction. When a customer selects or orders a stone, AYDOV Gems purchases that gemstone from its verified Bangkok supplier and resells it to the customer under an official AYDOV GEMS invoice and sales receipt.

We sell physical goods directly and do not operate a third-party marketplace, multi-vendor platform, or payment aggregation service. We receive payments solely for our own sales.

2. Nature of Gemstones Sold

We sell natural, fine loose colored gemstones (such as rubies, sapphires, spinels, emeralds, and tourmalines). All goods are sold strictly as physical luxury goods intended for jewelry design, atelier production, or private gem collection.

3. Gemstone Descriptions and Independent Laboratory Reports

• Individual Selection: Each gemstone is individually selected, inspected, and described. Product descriptions may detail mineral variety, exact carat weight, millimeter dimensions, shape, cutting style, color, geographical origin opinion, and treatment status.
• Invoice Identification: The description and specifications stated on the official AYDOV GEMS invoice identify the exact stone involved in the transaction.
• Independent Laboratory Reports: Gemstones are accompanied by independent identification reports from recognized gemological laboratories (such as GIA, GIT, AIGS, Lotus Gemology, or equivalent accredited institutions). These reports represent the expert conclusions of the issuing laboratory and are not generated or controlled by AYDOV Gems.
• Media Representation: High-resolution photographs and videos are produced to represent each gemstone accurately. However, colors and optical characteristics may appear slightly different depending on display screens, color calibration, and environmental lighting.

4. Customer Review, Invoicing, and Order Confirmation

Before making payment, the customer must carefully review and approve:

1. The gemstone specifications, laboratory report details, and media;
2. The agreed total purchase price and currency;
3. The commercial invoice details issued by AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD.;
4. The accurate international delivery address and recipient contact information.

An order is not considered fully placed or binding upon AYDOV Gems until full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

5. Pricing and Payment Processing (Stripe & Bank Transfer)

All prices are invoiced in United States Dollars (USD) or another agreed currency specified on the invoice.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via international bank wire transfer (SWIFT) or credit/debit card processed securely through Stripe-hosted checkout or Stripe Payment Links.
• Stripe Card Processing: When paying by card, payment details are submitted directly to Stripe. AYDOV Gems does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes. Stripe processes cardholder data under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices (https://stripe.com/privacy ).
• Verification Requirements: For fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, Stripe compliance, and customs legal obligations, AYDOV Gems may request customer identity, address, or transaction verification prior to dispatch.

6. International Export and FedEx Shipping

AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. arranges official export clearance from Thailand and dispatches shipments via FedEx Express or another agreed insured carrier.

• Customs Duties and Import Taxes: Customs tariffs, import Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), and clearance fees levied by the destination country are generally the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing on the invoice.
• Delivery Estimates: Stated dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, regulatory reviews, airline schedules, weather, inaccurate customer address information, or force-majeure events.
• Delivery Signature: A physical adult signature is required upon delivery.

7. Inspection Window, Returns, and Refunds

Upon delivery, the customer has a 48-hour inspection period to examine the gemstone and verify its specifications against the accompanying laboratory report.

All returns are subject to prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned stones must be in original, unaltered condition with intact laboratory documents and packaging.

8. Customer Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, true, and accurate billing, shipping, customs, and contact information. AYDOV Gems shall not be liable for delivery delays or customs issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected during sourcing inquiries, invoicing, payment, and delivery is processed in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and our Privacy Policy.
