1. International Courier Dispatch from Bangkok
All gemstones sold by AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. are officially exported from Bangkok, Thailand, and dispatched via premium international express carriers (primarily FedEx Express) or specialized high-value armored logistics.
Every shipment is accompanied by an official commercial invoice, Thai Customs export declaration, and the original laboratory identification report corresponding to the stone.
2. Full Value Transit Insurance
Every international parcel shipped by AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. is covered by comprehensive transit insurance covering loss or damage up to the full declared purchase value until final physical delivery.
Insurance coverage remains active from the moment the parcel is accepted by FedEx in Bangkok until an authorized adult signs for and accepts the parcel at the designated delivery address.
3. Processing and Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing & Export Clearance: Orders are prepared, packaged, and submitted for Thai customs export clearance within 2 to 5 business days following cleared payment and finalization of laboratory reports.
- Transit Duration: Typical FedEx International Priority transit times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on destination region, flight schedules, and destination customs clearance speed.
- Tracking Information: As soon as your shipment is scanned into the courier network, we provide you with the FedEx tracking number and dispatch confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
4. Secure & Discreet Packaging
To maintain the highest security standards during international transit:
- Loose gemstones are secured in specialized gemological boxes or security sealed gemstone holders with protective padding.
- The exterior shipping parcel is tamper-evident and completely discreet, without any external reference to “gemstones”, “jewelry”, or “diamonds”.
- Original laboratory reports (e.g. GIA, GIT, AIGS, Lotus) are sealed in dedicated protective document pouches inside the parcel.
5. Mandatory Direct Adult Signature
Due to the high value of our shipments, all deliveries require a direct physical adult signature. The courier will not release the parcel without an authorized signature, and packages will not be left unattended on doorsteps, porches, or in shared mailrooms.
Please ensure an authorized adult is present at the shipping address to sign for and receive the package.
6. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Charges
Gemstones are exported under official Thai Customs procedures. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing on your commercial invoice:
• Importer Responsibility: Any import customs duties, tariffs, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), clearance brokerage fees, or administrative fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer / recipient.
• Customs Declarations: AYDOV GEMS CO., LTD. complies strictly with international customs laws and accurately declares the commercial value, natural gemstone classification, and Harmonized System (HS) tariff code on all documentation.
• Clearance Assistance: We assist with providing any necessary export documentation, certificates of origin, or gemological lab reports required by customs authorities to expedite clearance.
7. Receipt and Inspection
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the outer security packaging before signing. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier upon signature and notify AYDOV Gems immediately within 24 hours.
